I've lived at Urbane for 6 months now and have had a good experience. Apartment staff and maintenance have been responsive and kind. The units themselves are nice - it helps that much of everything is very new. I've seen comments about the trash, and the trash can pile up at times at the compactor, but most days when the weather is reasonable it's a minimal issue. There is lots of walking space for my dog and I, which is nice. I don't utilize the amenities a ton (gym, pool, etc.) but they are nice. I am a solo resident, so I can't speak for those with families or more needs than I have, but for myself and my dog, it has been everything I hoped for so far - hoping that continues!

We’ve lived here for almost a month and Josh has been beyond helpful and personable with my husband and I. Any concerns we have had to address have been dealt with right away. Erik has also been so quick to help with maintenance and easy to communicate with.

I loved this place from the moment I had my tour. I moved in 4 days ago, and it's been so peaceful! The 2-story gym, a saltwater pool, dog park and valet trash was what did it for me. My apartment is also so nice and was very well-cleaned when I moved in. The only problem I had was that some residents don't clean up after their dogs which is frustrating, but when I mentioned it to the staff they said they've been trying to crack down on it and figure out who keeps doing it. The staff is amazing, they make it clear that they care about you and want you to enjoy living here.

I love my new apt. The only thing I didn’t like was when I first moved in the oven had not been cleaned out but I have no further complaints so far. The apts are very nice and the area and neighbors are peaceful. Staff is very nice and helpful. Thank you Josh and Ashley for all you’ve done.

My visit was amazing Millie gave me a tour and showed me a 1 bedroom apartment that I loved even tho I am in the market for a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom. I am trying to decide at this very moment if I want to move to Urbane or another community but I am going to think it over and decide by the morning.

My husband and I have lived at Urbane since June 2023, and it’s been really nice. The staff members are incredibly warm and helpful, and the facilities like the pool and gym are great. When we first moved in, security was a bit of a concern, but the management team listened to resident concerns and implemented a security company that patrols nightly. Now they’re even installing a gate around the complex, so they’re really stepping it up. We were the first tenants to live in our apartment and all the construction and design elements are so nice! The kitchen peninsula is awesome. We can occasionally hear our neighbors or smell what downstairs is cooking, but that’s the nature of an apartment complex. All in all it’s a nice, welcoming place to live.

It’s a great area you can get to things within 15 mins. Biggest pet peeve is that the whole property only has 1 recycle and 1 dumpster. I would hate to live on the other side of the property. The trash is always full and so is the recycling. It is valet but sometimes you can’t fit all of your trash in that trash bin they give you. Update: they have an automatic thing for the dumpster so it’s not as bad as it use to be! The office does listen to your concerns when you voice them and do what they can! It is quite and peaceful. Would be nice if it was more lights around the walking trail and more dog waste station. I love that it’s dog friendly. Me and my dog LOVE the dog spa.. They always have treats and even shampoo to use. The gym is great and so is the pool. Hallie is GREAT! Made my whole moving process easy. She makes you feel welcome ev

Josh, greeted me with a smile & asked for my name, upbeat! He proceeded to get my information & then started me on the tour of the property. From the amenities to the actual apartment this place is GREAT. The location is interesting, outside of the property it felt industrial but I could imagine that will change within a few years. It’s definitely one of my to choice on my soon relocating. UPDATE: From the office staff to the maintenance staff - property upkeep are great, But since the year I’ve been here safety has become an increasingly important issue on the property because of vehicle break ins, shootings on the property. It’s becoming a gated community & have a security guard after hours, but that is nowhere near enough especially for “ luxury “ living. I will not say what the property is lacking because I’m not trying to help the criminals. I half of the issues comes from tenants & their company which make me wonder what’s the full criteria of screening future residents. The staff has their hands tied,
