There’s been some trials and tribulations and things that need to be fixed. I've had a great experience at Urbane so far. The community has a beautiful ambience, and the property is clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff have been friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from the beginning. I also appreciate how quickly the maintenance and management teams respond whenever assistance is needed. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to rent here and would recommend Urbane to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

I have lived here since the very beginning, and I love it here! They have had their ups and downs with the location and the area but they have done nothing but constantly try to make it safer and always trying their best! The staff and maintenance team are always on top of everything and very responsive! Would recommend! For anyone reading these reviews do take in mind that the people in the area and the people who don’t care and don’t live here but near in not the greatest area of town are not the the reason this place isn’t nice! The apartments are nice and most of the tenants are amazing and do care about keeping everything clean and organized and happy! You’re always going to have the other people who just don’t care sadly. But overall love urbane!! Almost been here 2.5 years! Highly recommend it to anyone!

Just wrapped up our first year. Overall, I love living here and its been a great adjustment from our previous place and leasing company. ---- The apartments are great & updated. I love the events and community building the work to implement. The amenities are hard to beat as well - there's places that charge more & offer less. ---- Had initial concerns based on some of the reviews, but all of those faded quickly! Very happy with living here and I def wish we moved here earlier!

This is for the tour only. Apartments were really nice. The gym, pool and patio area looked really nice. This was back in December. I didnt move in because I decided not to sell my house. But I will be moving this December, and will keep Urbane in mind. Some of the reviews about safety is concerning. I know they have the gate up around the property now, which would give me more of a peace of mind.

Coming up on nearly a year at the urbane and have little to no complaints. They’ve done a lot to prioritize safety, and any issue I’ve ever had have been solved by maintenance in less than 48 hours. They put on events to promote community, and all the staff are extremely kind. 10/10 recommend for a first apartment.

I moved here a few months ago and have really enjoyed my experience so far. The community is great, everyone is friendly, and the office staff has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s a great location with reasonable pricing and an excellent staff. I would definitely recommend living here!

I've lived at Urbane for 6 months now and have had a good experience. Apartment staff and maintenance have been responsive and kind. The units themselves are nice - it helps that much of everything is very new. I've seen comments about the trash, and the trash can pile up at times at the compactor, but most days when the weather is reasonable it's a minimal issue. There is lots of walking space for my dog and I, which is nice. I don't utilize the amenities a ton (gym, pool, etc.) but they are nice. I am a solo resident, so I can't speak for those with families or more needs than I have, but for myself and my dog, it has been everything I hoped for so far - hoping that continues!

I loved this place from the moment I had my tour. I moved in 4 days ago, and it's been so peaceful! The 2-story gym, a saltwater pool, dog park and valet trash was what did it for me. My apartment is also so nice and was very well-cleaned when I moved in. The only problem I had was that some residents don't clean up after their dogs which is frustrating, but when I mentioned it to the staff they said they've been trying to crack down on it and figure out who keeps doing it. The staff is amazing, they make it clear that they care about you and want you to enjoy living here.

I love my new apt. The only thing I didn’t like was when I first moved in the oven had not been cleaned out but I have no further complaints so far. The apts are very nice and the area and neighbors are peaceful. Staff is very nice and helpful. Thank you Josh and Ashley for all you’ve done.

My visit was amazing Millie gave me a tour and showed me a 1 bedroom apartment that I loved even tho I am in the market for a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom. I am trying to decide at this very moment if I want to move to Urbane or another community but I am going to think it over and decide by the morning.

My husband and I have lived at Urbane since June 2023, and it’s been really nice. The staff members are incredibly warm and helpful, and the facilities like the pool and gym are great. When we first moved in, security was a bit of a concern, but the management team listened to resident concerns and implemented a security company that patrols nightly. Now they’re even installing a gate around the complex, so they’re really stepping it up. We were the first tenants to live in our apartment and all the construction and design elements are so nice! The kitchen peninsula is awesome. We can occasionally hear our neighbors or smell what downstairs is cooking, but that’s the nature of an apartment complex. All in all it’s a nice, welcoming place to live.

I’ve been living here for roughly 9 months now and can confidently say I have very minimal regrets in doing so. The staff is attentive, friendly, and professional. Living spaces are all very nice and I’ve had virtually zero issues with my personal living space. The amenities are nice and I appreciate how clean the grounds are kept. My only gripe is sometimes the gates don’t operate as intended however I suspect this is only because they’re so new. I’ve seen some other complaints about security(the apartments aren’t located in the best area) but personally have never felt unsafe with it being a gated community and there is onsite security doing drive throughs nightly. Overall would recommend as long as you don’t mind the area itself(being right next to the highway is nice aside from that there’s not much else near by)

It’s a great area you can get to things within 15 mins. Biggest pet peeve is that the whole property only has 1 recycle and 1 dumpster. I would hate to live on the other side of the property. The trash is always full and so is the recycling. It is valet but sometimes you can’t fit all of your trash in that trash bin they give you. Update: they have an automatic thing for the dumpster so it’s not as bad as it use to be! The office does listen to your concerns when you voice them and do what they can! It is quite and peaceful. Would be nice if it was more lights around the walking trail and more dog waste station. I love that it’s dog friendly. Me and my dog LOVE the dog spa.. They always have treats and even shampoo to use. The gym is great and so is the pool. Hallie is GREAT! Made my whole moving process easy. She makes you feel welcome ev

Moved out on May 28th after living here for a year and half. My overall experience was decent besides the shooting that happen last year and my apartment, 3231 that I was living in. The furnace made a loud humming noise all the time like it was about to go out. Told them about it once I moved in & they told me that it’s supposed to make that noise. Now ik for a fact that it’s not so I always had to put in a maintenance request for them to come fix the air once the summer came or whenever it got hot. Staying on the top level (3rd floor) made it no better either! Now since i’ve moved out, I have yet to receive my security deposit refund. The ppl in the office keep giving me the run around everytime I call to ask them about it. It shouldn’t take 3+ months for me to receive MY money back. It wasn’t an hassle receiving yall money at my time of move in so what’s the hold up!?

Haley was great throughout our time living there but the move out charges were very excessive they charged me 578.00 for carpet that we had to request be cleaned at move in which lets me know it was never replaced to begin with. Seems others have experienced this as well

Josh, greeted me with a smile & asked for my name, upbeat! He proceeded to get my information & then started me on the tour of the property. From the amenities to the actual apartment this place is GREAT. The location is interesting, outside of the property it felt industrial but I could imagine that will change within a few years. It’s definitely one of my to choice on my soon relocating. UPDATE: From the office staff to the maintenance staff - property upkeep are great, But since the year I’ve been here safety has become an increasingly important issue on the property because of vehicle break ins, shootings on the property. It’s becoming a gated community & have a security guard after hours, but that is nowhere near enough especially for “ luxury “ living. I will not say what the property is lacking because I’m not trying to help the criminals. I half of the issues comes from tenants & their company which make me wonder what’s the full criteria of screening future residents. The staff has their hands tied,
